Description

Fashion White RPP and Fashion Catalyst LTB are used together to replace the potassium permanganate for high efficient and controllable decolorization on denim.

Performance

● Fashion White RPP is free from manganese compounds, chlorine, bromine, iodine, formaldehyde, APEO and other toxic substances, so that it has a lower danger and minimum environmental influence.

● Fashion Catalyst LTB is a matching catalyst for Fashion White RPP, which should be used together to improve RPP performance and improve the whiteness of its decolorization on denim.

● Both Fashion White RPP and Fashion Catalyst LTB can be used directly. It can get partial decolorization with natural effect on denim and strong blue and white contrast through using them.

● Fashion White RPP and Fashion Catalyst LTB are suitable for various fabrics, whether it contains elastic yarn or not, whether indigo or vulcanized, total has excellent decolorization effect.

● Fashion White RPP and Fashion Catalyst LTB are simple in application, safe in operation, convenient in subsequent neutralization washing, and it can be washed off with conventional reducing agent sodium pyrosulfite, saving time and water.

Physical and chemical characteristics

Reference process

● Fashion White RPP is mainly used for denim fabric which is cleaned by desizing. Suggest to wipe by hand before spraying. It is not recommended for raw spray. If you want to spray, please test it first, and you must wipe the fabric before spraying.

● Fashion White RPP generally used partial spray with spray gun. According to the required effect and factory conditions, you can also use sponge, brush and gloves and other tools, or with soaking, spray method, to achieve different treatment purposes.

● Recommended process

Fashion White RPP   85~90%

Fashion Catalyst LTB  15~10%

1)Fashion Catalyst LTB was added to Fashion White RPP at room temperature and prepared it before using.

2)Spray solution onto garment (dosage with 100-150 g/ garment; must ensure spray gun is free of permanganate residue), bleaching effect depends on applied dose. If necessary, use gloves or bristles to highlight the desired effect.

3)Since the decolorization reaction rate is not as good as the conventional potassium permanganate, it must be placed at room temperature for 20~30 min, so that it can be fully reacted in order to neutralize.

4)Wash off (neutralize)

Fashion White PPN-ECO  2~3 g/L，Under 50℃ treatment for 10 minutes, drain, then rinse, dry.

This ensures excellent whiteness and lasting uniformity. When the fabric color lossing is serious, it is recommended to add appropriate anti-dyeing agent to the above washing process.

Notes

● Considering the type of fabric and the process of use, it is always recommended to conduct a small trial before the application in order to verify in advance the possibility of reaching the final required results.

● It should be used after preparation, please use it up within 12 hours, because after 12 hours, its performance will gradually decrease, which will affect the bleaching effect and lead to the difference of decolorization effect between the batches of the product.

● Since Fashion White RPP/ Fashion Catalyst LTB is not as strong as potassium permanganate to fabric, it is suggested to be smeared evenly with brush after spraying it.

● Certain plastic box metal containers (or auxiliaries) are sensitive to product or treatment temperature. If possible, use only HDPE or stainless steel containers, or at least check stability in advance.

Packaging and storage

● 60Kg /120Kg / plastic barrel. 

● Sealed storage at room temp and avoid to directly sunlight or contact with any reductive, can maintain stability for at least 12 months.
