Fashion Soft FWS is a high-grade fatty acid organic amine compound, suitable for all kinds of textile soft finishing. It has excellent softness and smoothness for cotton, hemp, chemical fiber and its blended products, and gives textiles higher added value and good handle.

Physical and chemical properties

Chemical process

Cold chemical material: add 5-8% proportion soft piece to about 30℃ water under slow stirring, stir 3-5 min, to disperse, soak 2-4 h, then stir at low speed to uniform slurry, set aside.

Warm chemical material :5-8% ratio is added to room temperature water, stirring gradually heating up 60-70℃ to complete dissolution (30-60 min), uniform slurry, cooling reserve.

Reference process

Recommended dosage:

Pregnancy :0.3-0.8%(o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 40-50℃, time 15-30 min.

Soaking :2-3 g/L, temperature 30-40℃, two or one.

Packaging

● 25 kg Paper bag packing.

● Set up a cool and ventilated warehouse to guard against heavy pressure to avoid caking. The storage period is one year.
