Description

Fashion Laser SPE is a mixed solution of eco-friendly organic and inorganic compounds. It is used in the laser process of indigo denim or pullout dyed fabrics to enhance the laser effect.

● Laser SPE can be used in dipping, coating, spraying or brushing, as well as in padding process. 

● Recommended dosage of spray process: 

Laser accelerator LASER SPE    70 ~ 100%，Water:30 ~ 0% 

1) At room-temp, prepare the working fluid according to the above proportion, and then spray it onto the fabric. 

2) Leave for 5-10 minutes. 

3) Laser. 

4) Washing: Brightener BTH: 0.5-1.0g/l for 10-15 minutes at 40-50 ℃, to enhance the laser effect. 

Package and Storage

● 60kg or 120kg / drum. 

● Sealed at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, and avoid any reductive contact. It can keep stable for at least 6 months. Once the package is opened, it should be used up as soon as possible; if it is not used up, it must be sealed.
