● Polymer compounds, free of formaldehyde, it is suitable for active, vulcanized, direct, vat dyeing fabrics with fixing treatment; 

● Easy to permeate and adsorb;

● Can form color sediment on the fiber in order to be stronger for dyestuff; 

● Will reduce its effect if it used with amino silicone softener; 

● Little affect on hand feeling, smaller in color change, can obviously improve dry and wet fastness, among which the wet rubbing fastness of dark fabric can be raised by 1-2 grade.

Reference process

● Dipping: 

Dosage: : Dry and wet rubbing fastness improver: X%(o.w.f .)(adjust by color depth), Bath ratio :1:10~20. 

Craft: Colored fabrics after dying (pH ≤7)→ Dipping (temp :30℃, Ɵme :20~30 min )→dry(Low temp :60-80℃, high temp:100~105℃ )  

● Padding: 

Dosage: Dry and wet rubbing fastness improver: Xg/L

Craft: Colored fabrics after dying (pH ≤7)→ second dip and second dap (temp :10~30℃, residual rate :70%80%)→ dry (100~105℃ )

* Fashion Fix-810 is a kind of low temperature product , mostly used for dipping method.

Note

● Can not be heated, soft water is better. After preparation nearby 25℃ is translucent emulsion,please use immediately after preparation; 

● Must be used at a low temp and can not be heated as well; 

● If it is used before the setting machine, should be prepared before the high tank and the stirring condition should be good. It is best to increase the bubbling device in the tank to prevent the precipitation of the fixing agent in the process of use; cooling before entering the setting machine

● When use in dyeing cylinder, should be prepared firstly, then to add and keep it in good circulation. 

Package and Storage

● 125kg/ plastic drum. 

● Store it in the cool and dry place where is under 25℃, avoid to directly sunlight. The shelf time is 12 months under sealed condition.
